“Hotel was lovely staff was really helpful both in the hotel and bar. Bedroom was lovely and thankyou for putting fans in the room for us. There was a hair on the bathroom floor and one of the taps moved when turned on, if in shower to long it would over flow”

“As an older property built in 1799 it was wonderful. The building was quaint and clean. It was outdated in decoration but that is what adds to it's charm. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The biggest issue we had was the water pressure. Our shower was barely a trickle and made it hard to take a shower. Otherwise our stay was Wonderful!”

“Staff great, food excellent, bar good but expensive. Room great, but wrong position, over looking extractor fans from kitchen,which are noisey. Would definitely stay again but not room 8”

“Clean room but in need of refurbishing. Very hot during our visit so appreciated the fan but would have been more comfortable if the windows had opened fully. Good shower pressure and plenty of hot water but shower control face missing. Staff were lovely, very polite and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold offerings.”
