“The hotel was good but staff not overly ready to help. Car electric charging was good”

“Our group of 3 adults stayed in the family room and was happy with the hotel. The room and bathroom had plenty of space for the 3 of us. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable but for one night it was fine. The location of this hotel is great access for Kew gardens and Richmond area with such a nice area to walk around. The pub downstairs was lovely with great staff and delicious food. The street noise at night was a little loud on the first floor facing the street but didn’t bother us. Overall...

“Advertised as serving food until 9pm but we arrived just after 8:30pm and were told kitchen was closed.”

“Lovely old world charm and the staff were brilliant, only issue was we arrived in the UK during a heat wave and the rooms don't have AC , it was a little warm, but I would go back again for sure”
