“Mes amis et nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et la flexibilité du personnel. L'hôtel est idéalement situé près des pistes de ski, mais également près du centre du village. Le petit déjeuner était varié et la vue depuis le restaurant est impressionnante.”

“la reception non è stata competente per check out , ha richiesto il pagamento al cliente quando la camera era già stata pagata da agenzia, che è dovuta intervenire almeno 3 volte. Mi domando se fosse stata domenica e l'agenzia fosse stata chiusa come poteva risolversi il problema del pagamento, il cliente avrebbe dovuto fare un doppio pagamento? Queste situazioni sono alquanto sgradevoli !”

“Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wahl des Hotels. Sehr gefallen hat uns das Abholen/Bringen am/ans Parkhaus. Da SaasFee autofrei ist, wäre es sonst sehr mühsam gewesen. Weiterhin haben wir die Möglichkeit die Skis in der Nähe der Skilifts zu lassen, sehr geschätzt. Schliesslich möchten wir noch die ausserordentliche Flexibilität des Hotels am Abreisetag erwähnen. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen!”

“Alles ok, sehr freundliches Personal! schade waren die Fenster voll Schimmel im Bad und in den Zimmern. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, aber es ist leider nur am Anfang alles vorhanden und gewisse Sachen werden nicht nachgefüllt. Alles in allem aber sehr empfehlenswert ”

“I don’t usually leave reviews but this hotel was so incredible that I want to! The restaurant, for dinner, was some of the best food I’ve eaten in my life. The owners are so engaged and wonderful. The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and with the most amazing shower! Plus, I’m so glad we stayed in Grachen over Zermatt. “Everything was perfect during our 2 night stay from Nov 7-9. We went during low season and got upgraded, so we got a balcony with Matterhorn views and a mini bar with a fridge, plates, eating utensils, glasses, kettle and a Nespresso machine…came in handy since only one restaurant was open during our stay. The spa was so relaxing, the Onsen can get crowded but we just waited for our turn and sometimes we had it to ourselves, the yurts were adorable, love their tea, bathrobes, and slippers. ...

“We absolutely loved our stay at CERVO. The view, the food, the quality of the room, the amazing staff, the wonderful spa, the list goes on and on.. It’s a funny feeling because I want CERVO to be visited by everyone visiting Zermatt, but I also wish this very special place to be a secret!! ;) Anyhow, I would recommend this place with 10 out of 10 rating, it’s just AMAZING. We had burgers delivered to our room on the first night and they were so delicious! ”
