“The hotel is lovely. The check in process was challenging to say the least. For some reason the funds paid in advance to Expedia weren’t available for the hotel to charge. I was told many times by the front desk to not use Expedia to book rooms. They stated it happens all too often. In this instance I was on the phone with Expedia at 8:30 pm trying to find out why I couldn’t check in to my room after driving for many hours. It took about 45 minutes to get the issue resolved. “Our 1st room had bugs of some sort, the cover & sheets were stained & ripped. We told the front desk who then gave us another room. No bugs, but no shower curtain. We told front desk who then tried to hand ME a curtain to hang. I told him I'm not hanging it- it took hours for someone to come do it. No time to wait for them so the floor was soaking.The microwave cord was too short to reach to plug- so couldnt use the microwave. With all that being said- I am grateful we did not have to sleep...

“Really nice location. Great place near a lot of cool things. Not far from Top Golf. Found a great local BBQ place Smoke N Barrel. Jungle Jim is down the street as well.”

“Property was fine. A little to Industrial. Worst part is the price gouging for Saturday night. Many families stayed at other hotels in the area that did not gouge because of the basketball tournament.”

“The room was relatively clean. I specifically requested in the morningto have housekeeping clean my room and they never came. I asked for towels they never came. Overall, I would say 2 1/2 stars out of five.”
