“The location was perfect, offering a magnificent view of both the sea and the city of Haeundae. The accommodations were very spacious, featuring heated floors and air conditioning. Everything one might need was readily available, including a convenience store, luggage storage on the ground floor, and a washing machine within the room. Additionally, a 24-hour laundromat was conveniently located at the entrance.”

“Nice place but confusing. Numerous hotels in one building. Some might like not having people to deal with but I am not one of those people. Everything is through the email and that can be bad. I got my check out email late so I didn’t see the instructions until it was too late. Someone I was with didn’t get her check in instructions until an hour after check in time and we had to call and jump through hoops just to get it. Nice clean place but I’d never stay here again. ”

“There are no humans here to help you if you have an issue. You have to interact with a chat bot that is useless. The check in process took so long and was so confusing. Only two pillows provided for two people. I have a bad back and need another one to put behind my back and the chatbot refused to lend me one. The bed was rock hard. I did not sleep here and woke up constantly throughout the night. There was hair on the bathroom walls and overall it seemed to have a dirty/hadnt been thoroughly...

“Beautiful setting and comfortable accommodations! Sugi and Derek were so helpful and made me feel at home. The apartment was so close to the beach and other historic and natural attractions. I will definitely visit again.”

“The accommodation was a 5 minute (or less) walk away from Gwanganli beach and close to coffee shops and convenience stores. I didn't try the gym or sauna but I'm sure they are just as nice. It was well equipped and easy to find. I would stay here again when I return for my next trip to Busan! ”
