“Beautiful, comfortable boutique hotel stay with exceptional staff. Marie was wonderful, acquainted us with the history of the Castle and the wonderful hotel amenities. She even assisted us with extending our stay. Can’t wait to return for a summer visit! 5 star and a highlight of our South Wales adventure!”

“Beautiful hotel in Cardiff Bay. Rooms on 7th floor are excellent and staff throughout hotel were friendly and attentive. Always stay here when in Cardiff. Lots of restaurants/bars within walking distance. ”

“Lovely hotel, quiet in the suite separate from the main hotel. Good facilities- large pool and I liked there was a swim lane and general lane. Staff friendly and helpful. Little dated in the rooms but plenty of space, comfortable bed/pillows and very dark. Would recommend.”
