“I was looking for an inexpensive place close to the beach that allowed me to check in early and i got that. The staff was nice.”

“Fortunately the site is walking distance to the beach, grocery store, and a couple of good restaurants. The front desk guy was knowledgeable and polite. Our non-smoking room wreaked of smoke we stayed there for 4 days never had any housekeeping the toilet didn't work well light was out and they were always weird people lurking about... This shouldn't be more than a $40 or $50 a night room”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn in Galveston. It was conveniently located so we could get around easily and quickly. The parking was easy as well-nice to park in a garage considering the summer heat. Our room was clean and comfortable with a large bathroom. There was lots of counter space and also shelves to store toiletries, etc. We had a balcony with a view of the beach and could take a short walk to get there. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place...

“The location is prime, the service and commutation was excellent. My only down was that the beds were very firm and pillows flat. You can hear people walking above you. Furniture is old but your paying for the location and view definitely ”
