“We got the highest room on 8th floor after making the request. Hispanic man at front desk was very helpful and kind and called when room was ready. The hotel has been recently updated and is really nice. I loved our room. There are only 2 elevators and they are very slow. We were there Monday thru wed so can’t imagine the wait on the weekends. The pool and hot tub are very nice. Unfortunately this is a very kid friendly hotel and I usually stay away from this hotel because of this but San Louis...

“This was our third time to stay in 4 weeks. We are so glad we discovered this hotel. Could use a couple of more towels in the room but otherwise its a pretty good place to stay for the beach. We always try to make time as well to go to the pool. The pool area is so awesome. ”
