Hotel a Garden View

“C'è stato un grosso malinteso nella fase di checkin, quando ci è stata assegnata una camera già occupata (per fortuna le luci erano accese e le tende aperte, altrimenti avremmo fatto irruzione in una camera occupata), e poi una camera la cui serratura non funzionava. Le camere non fumatori sono al piano superiore e non c'è ascensore. La colazione è molto scarna, tanto che siamo andati altrove a far colazione. Il parcheggio è ampio. ”

“I changed rooms 2 times. Room one was dirty with little black splatters on the one beds sheets and room two had dead, what looked like roaches, but definitely some kind of dead bugs in the bathroom. Room three I thought was ok until my son went to the bathroom and the toilet was disgusting!!! It was clogged and looked like someone threw up in it as well. We had to unclog it and I had to go to the dollar store around the corner and get disinfectant to clean the toilet seat!! When we checked in...

“Breakfast was delicious and constantly refurbished. But my favorite part of the day was the customer service of Kyrie. She had texted me as soon as I had checked in that if I had any questions at all to please let her know. I was trying to use the TV in my room to watch the NASA splash down and there were several texts exchanged while she helped me find live TV and NBC. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. ”
