Hotel a Garner

“Clean room, easy access, lots of restaurants around.”

“Nothing good to say.”

“I pulled the sheets off of the bed to inspect for bedbugsupon arrival as I do in every hotel and found the mattresses completely stained up and gross. The sheets look like they had been slept in. There was supposed to be Wi-Fi, but it never was accessible therefore the Roku TV didn’t work and I couldn’t access emails or any data. The shower had pink mildew on the shower curtain. If I had had any other choice, I would’ve gone somewhere else.”

“I stayed at this La Quinta many times for work until around when ownership changed a few years ago. They began some remodeling and it became a nuisance and the property seemed to fo downhill. After years passed, I decided to try again. The remodeling status is unchanged after all these years. Parts of whole floors blocked off. Lobby unfinished. And this time when I woke up I had bites that took days to heal from what I assume are bedbugs. Will not stay again. Otherwise the room appeared clean...

“The breakfast was really good, the biscuits and gravy was very tasty. Everything was very good !!! ”

“The room was okay but it was something in the room biting us and the refrigerator was not working completely right. The staff were rude.”

“The inside was very clean, manager was very helpful. The air conditioner and coffee maker was great. TV and sleeping quarters was good. I think the only thing I seen that needs to be addressed is all the barn swallow nests and their droppings need to be cleared away. Not a good thing to have bird excrement falling not only on our heads but also the hoods of our cars. Otherwise very nice place to lay down ones head for the night. 😊”

“Mold everywhere, stains on everything, it was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Would never recommend to anyone. Health hazard.”

“Lotta overgrown weeds in the entrance of the property. Shower faucet was not working properly. AC in the room was not cooling.”

“There were LOTS of birds at the entrance carport. Had to pray you didn’t get pooped on when entering and exiting. The room had a smell-not a clean smell. Went to Walmart and bought a candle to burn and it helped.”

“Motel was quite run down. Poorly taken care of. Room and curtains needed to be cleaned. At least bed had clean linens.”

“They need to be careful with cockroaches. I found a very large one in my room”

“My room smelled like smoke. Dogs were allowed. I think that should be in bold print right up front.”

“I would definitely choose to stay somewhere else. It’s a much older place and a little run down. Also, the waffle maker mix was runny, and was not working. One of the workers didn’t know how to change it. We ended up having to go out for breakfast. The location however is good and convenient.”

“Shops in the hotel are fun. Also the coffee bar is great. Lots of shopping on the main street. ”
