“This hotel is new and clean. Right across entrance of Whitewater walk, but it was closed for the season while we stayed at the hotel. Breakfast is good and staff are very friendly. The only thing is that it will be 35 min walk to Clifton Hill.”

“Quaint little spot. Nice and clean. Great staff. We had a bottle of wine and charcuterie in the little cafe upon arrival and it was excellent. Nothing fancy and a little out of the way but a quick drive or Uber to anywhere you need to go. Very reasonably priced. I’d go back for sure. ”

“Check in was easy. I wish I had known there was no AC before booking the room but the front desk did swap me for a room with a balcony so I could open the door and get some cool air. This hotel is an excellent location, next door to the Bird Kingdom and a short walk to the falls. Staff was excellent. I did not have breakfast to comment. Pool and hot tub seemed nice but was a bit crowded so I skipped it this time.”

“The staff were polite enough. The tv was non existent, aside from dispersed signal. As if an antenna was in use. The pool area was clean, yet the advertised warmth was non existent.
Wifi worked. No drinking water for refreshment, fridge, or microwave. Actually, I am surprised. With the amount of water in Niagara Falls, there was not a water fountain in sight.”
