“Excellent stay! The staff were always so helpful. We had an issue with our room which was promptly investigated. When they could not resolve it, they offered a change of room and when we declined moving, they compensated us with breakfast on the house. The staff at the Meko restaurant were so helpful and kind. “Clean hotel, very quiet area away from busy areas, close to a mall and lot of restaurants with short uber drive. Very friendly staff, good food, clean spacious rooms. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment suite , spacious and great value for money. No a/c, has a pedestal fan, very comfortable sleep. My only concern is our bed, probably needs replacing. There is construction for expansion outside, but did not have any negative effects on our stay! Highly recommend ! ”

“Very bad area, unless you want to stay locked in your room the entire time, then don’t book here, it’s not safe, staff not helpful. I got locked in the bathroom in the lobby and was crying and afraid. The hotel is in a Somali only neighborhood so nothing like the real Nairobi. ”
