“The bed was not good. Lumpy and sagged a lot on one side. Made noise every time I moved. Breakfast eggs were cold (after we waited 10 minutes for them to come out). I usually find Fairfield Inns to be at a much higher standard. ”

“Breakfast was same everyday. Need more varieties of food. No bananas. The sausage is pork and not labeled for people of Muslim religion or people who don't eat pork. I complained to the kitchen staff of same breakfast everyday. Parking was great and car safe. No problem with staff. ”

“Room was not clean, i had to sweep the floors. The shower nozzle spray water on the ceiling on the wall and on the floor it was an old nozzle. No elevator for the hotel. We had to carry our luggage upstairs”

“everthing was great except they alternate between oatmeal and grits...I would have oatmeal every day since most places provide it and only southern people on travel would eat grits...most other hotels have oatmeal every day...why not both?”

“The staff were outstanding! However my first night in the room I was put in there were critters inside room including one in my bed definitely was a problem.! I was relocated to another room next morning. Had a lot of problems with room key one day it would work the next it wouldn't so with me getting off work late I would be locked outside til 7am or later til hotel employees began to arrive no free nights were offered even with being locked outside entire night, the one in the lobby used to...
