“We WERE repeat customers until this past weekend. Do not waste your money on this place. Overcrowded, hazardous conditions and not enough staff or security to keep rogue customers in check. My daughter’s birthday was ruined as we had to cut our weekend short 7 hours in. She couldn’t even swim in the pool without being knocked over by other kids. At night there was screaming and yelling up the halls, outside and above our head was banging to the point where we could not even watch tv or fall...
