“It was a room to sleep when it was needed. Morning front desk staff was very creepy and not helpful”

“We had a non-smoking room, but it smelled strongly of cigarettes. I’m not sure where the smell was coming from — maybe someone had smoked in the room before us and the smell hadn’t gone away, or maybe it was coming from the neighbors. But as a non-smoker, it was really unpleasant for me, and I’m very sensitive to that smell.”
