“Staff wasn’t very friendly. Over priced for a crappy hotel. It seemed as if the hotel didn’t have but a handful of clients. I arrived early and was over charged for an early check in fee. That’s really bad bc it wasn’t like they had to go clean the room quickly! The room had a musty odder. Small tv. The sheets were stained. Crappy small bathroom towels. I had to ask for extra pillows bc they only gave two for a king bed. It took about 10 minutes for the water to get hot enough for a shower. I...

“The staff is absolutely amazing! The building and rooms are beautiful. I always enjoy my visits here. This time when I checked in there was a problem with the air in my room. I went to the front desk and the staff immediately took action and not only moved me in to a new room but upgraded my room for free! Great customer service! Highly recommend City Mills, you absolutely will not regret this choice. ”
