“Hotels should be forced to add a banner that says ‘under renovation’. I know most hotels would get 0 bookings, but instead the hotels and Expedia deceive guests about the nature of their stays which is almost always based on reviews that happened when there were no renovations going on. You can include in the banner renovation hours and which floors are not affected. And explain you’re charging 75% of normal and comparable rates. What you should never do is lie. “Great proximity to Augusta National Golf Course, staff was great to work with! Coffee, water, breakfast provided at an early hour to accommodate the early hours of the tournament. Would highly recommend”

“Room was very clean, the BR was also clean with enough room for all our toiletries. The shower was refreshing and the vent worked so no steamed up mirror. The breakfast had many offerings to a variety of tastes. The selection of teas was perfect, both with and without caffeine. Front desk staff were professional and attentive. The location was very near the Riverwalk and to Nort Augusta.”

“Love the parking elevator access directly to the room, rooftop bar is underrated. Walking distant to shops and local eats. Room was perfect, bed was comfortable. Didn’t access as much as I wanted but this will be the only place I stay whenever I venture back to Augusta. ”

“The set up is great for a family with kids; the kitchen area is separated from the bedroom”

“Some of the staff was courteous while others not so much. The room had missing cabnets and there was no couch. The bed was a full size bed and the outlets and some of the lights didn’t work.”

“Rooms are dated. The shower head is low ever for a short peron. The room needed to be dusted under the bed. ”
