“Hotel was very nice. They had a manager's reception for the guests. Our first encounter with front desk personnel was that she did not provide information and wasn't very helpful. Next morning, the man was very friendly and helpful.”

“The room was exactly what we asked for, which is rare when you ask for an accessible room. Most hotels just make sure there is a bar in the restroom, not understanding that that doesn't make it accessible. Our bathroom had the roll in shower for a wheelchair, therefore making it accessible. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful and the property was clean and quiet. It was a very pleasant stay. ”
