“Room was clean. Beds were too soft and sunk in when we laid on them to sleep. Breakfast choices were pretty good. This is the second Hampton Inn in a row we have stayed at who no longer uses the Nice. SOFT and fluffy comforter on the beds. Whomever thinks using mattress pads for blankets is going to drive myself and others away from booking Hampton!!!”

“The front desk person was nice, check in easy, rooms clean. The property has made an attempt to upgrade but fell short. When reviewers mentioned the limited selection for breakfast, it is exactly the truth. Bananas were totally green with just a few cold items available and packaged oatmeal. You will be much happier getting your coffee at the Starbucks on the corner.”

“Seemed old and run down. Would have preferred to stay somewhere more refreshed, carpet was worn and in general not maintained well.”

“Property was as advertised except I didn't realize that all entrances to the rooms was outside and there was not an elevator. As a senior, I then requested a first floor room as it would not be possible for me to carry my luggage to the 2nd floor. The front desk person, Kathy, was very kind and accommodating. After I was settled in my room Kathy called me to see if I was happy with the room and if needed anything. Great service!!!”

“The hotel was beautiful! Our room was very clean and comfy. The pool was nice and warm with plenty of comfortable seating all around the pool. There were even towels already by the pool for the guests. The breakfast was Buffett style with many, many options and the food was hot. Multiple drink and coffee options. The best part was that the hotel provided dinner and cocktails too with the cost of your stay! The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend the Drury...

“Room was clean and comfortable. Thermostat didn't work very well so the room temp was never quite comfortable. Every staff member that I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. They had lots of choices including fruit, yogurt, oatmeal pancakes, cereal, cinnamon rolls, eggs, bacon and more. We ate in the middle of the breakfast hours and some of the food was cold, some was really good, and some was burnt. Maybe we just hit it on an off day or time, wouldn't object to...

“The staff in the restaurant seemed young and inexperienced. While my waiter was good I could hear yelling and conversation from the kitchen. For such a formal setting, it was inappropriate and intrusive.”
