“When check out, they asked me to wait until they finish checked the room, and they found dirty spot on towel, and asked me to pay for buy new one. Never happened hotel asked to pay because of the towel that we used is has dirty spot that you can even tell, maybe is already there, and the other hand I never complained for the pillow case that has yellow spot too, i just don’t use that pillow, i mentioned this because they asked me to pay for the towel that we used had dirty spot. “Good location, very good , bathroom conditions to be improved, they don’t have no smoking apartments so you might get an apartment with a very bad smell of smoke as it happened to me but the staff immediately gave me another apartment better smelling”

“The breakfast was great, and the staff, particularly Miss Asti, were extremely friendly and helpful. However, the housekeeping staff could use some additional training. On occasion, they would forget to restock the toilet paper, forcing us to request some from the reception desk. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The location was also convenient.”
