“By mystake the reservation was done for the wong days, after 5 minutes with the correct dates but the hotel strongly refused to move it. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE for what SHOULD be a high level hotel. Therefore the room was not used at all, but if this is the customer's treatment my feedback can only be the worst as possible.”

“very good hotel located in the Central Park area, quite central in Jakarta, next to a very nice mall with plenty of opportunities for eating, shopping, etc. Room was quite spacious, but with limited space in wardrobe, a working desk right underneath TV that impaired the vision, lousy window view (facing a residential building).
