“very good hotel located in the Central Park area, quite central in Jakarta, next to a very nice mall with plenty of opportunities for eating, shopping, etc. Room was quite spacious, but with limited space in wardrobe, a working desk right underneath TV that impaired the vision, lousy window view (facing a residential building). “By mystake the reservation was done for the wong days, after 5 minutes with the correct dates but the hotel strongly refused to move it. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE for what SHOULD be a high level hotel. Therefore the room was not used at all, but if this is the customer's treatment my feedback can only be the worst as possible.”
