“The hotel should definitely need a renovation internally, but the quality of the sevice is very good, the staff is very friendly and the location is good if you go to jakarta for work (out of the central area close to the airport and the north industrial area). The breakfast need to be improved and also the machines on the gym”

Just a reminder for a 5 star hotel to keep up the room/bathroom maintenance so everything stays nice, tidy, clean, and doesn’t wear out easily thats important thing. As a 5 star hotel, please maintain consistent air-conditioning throughout the building. The hallway near our room was quite warm at times as were a few other areas ”
