“This is an old dilapidated hotel. We were assigned to single room when I booked a double. We were given a rejected double room. Unacceptable from dirty windows, non-working wifi that needed attention from the staff, who were just slow to attend to the issue, broken furnitures, TV that needs fixing, shower knobs that is almost coming out of the wall, old AC unit that is noisy as it can get. Just terrible to be in. Requested a room transfer but the desk was firm on not giving into our request. Why...

“We had an excellent stay at the AC Hotel Downtown Ann Arbor. The property is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located within easy walking distance of everything downtown. The bed was phenomenal - extremely comfortable - and the shower was perfect. We also really appreciated the fresh Starbucks coffee available in the lobby each morning, along with the coffee maker and creamer provided in the room. “I was given a room that someone was already . I reserved a room with a king bed . Got one with 2 double beds. The shower didn’t work. Not the best experience. Staff did not take care or even notice loud partying and fights below my room . ”
