Hotel vicino a Giardino Botanico Hangzhou - Hangzhou

“Our stay here was truly one of the sweetest highlights of our anniversary trip! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with so much warmth, kindness, and genuine care. The ladies were incredibly accommodating, thoughtful, and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we need and made us feel right at home. 🥹💕 Unfortunately, I wasn't feeling too well when we first arrived after a very long 21+ hours of traveling. Their lovely home cooked...

“Becareful when you book this place because the description advertised on Expedia is falsely statement, you have no mountain or valley view only street view or facing other building view. Inside the room size is small not 301sqf as indicated. You paid for something that you don’t get, it’s scam despite the good review for cleanliness and helpful staff. I will not return or recommend this place!”

“Très acceuillant et adore les animaux. Le lieu était magnifique.”

“A beautiful stay with thoughtful service, elegant surroundings, and a peaceful atmosphere. Every detail made the experience feel special. I’d happily return!””

“Bellissimo resort, ovviamente stanze, parti comuni, qualità del sevizio all’altezza di Four Seasons. Unica, invece l’attenzione e l’accoglienza riservataci.

“Clean room nice staff ”

“Hotel and staff are lovely but we booked room with two double beds as listed on the website. Sadly such a room doesn’t exist in the hotel and we had to end up booking 2 rooms for a family of 4. That’s the only reason for giving 3 stars”

“Best feature of this property are the grounds outside the building itself. Take a tour around the backyard gardens. Rooms themselves are dated with small washrooms. You’re in the middle of a tourist zone so getting to and from the hotel requires your patience as long lines of caps string ahead of you in a slow crawl. Don’t get caught out ordering coffee from the breakfast restaurant in the morning. We were charged $10 for each coffee.”

“It’s very hard to find this place. It isn’t visible from the road and there is no visible sign near the road and the driver went in circles for some time. The rooms are not well-kept so it has a feeling of a youth hostile. Staff was nowhere to be seen at check out so I gave my key to a random guy. They never cleaned my room or gave me fresh towels. The location by the lake is amazing but this place needs new management. It looks much better on Expedia then in real life.”
