The apartment is clean, secure, and in a very safe area, with restaurants, amenities, and downtown all within walking distance. A special shout-out to Diane Mugabekazi, who cleaned our room—she is amazing, friendly, caring, and always willing to help. “The staff were available 24/7. The included breakfast was the best meal of the day. The location was terrific for our conference at the International Conf Centre which is easily walkable. The price was “a deal”. In future, “my venue” in Kigali. 4 . ”

“Everything was fantastic except that there was no meat at the property unless you order from outside. I was told the owner is a vegetarian.”

“Clean spaces with polite staff from the gate to the reception, housekeeping and the kitchen. The food is delicious, including the free breakfast; the only thing is the long preparation time of your order from their menu. You will be told that it would only take 40 minutes, but in reality it's more than an hour. Even ordered food at night, it came after one hour and a half. I tried to cancel earlier but the female staff beg me not to do it because the property will charge her of the food price....
