“We happen to arrive during an unusually big storm that took out the electricity for many miles around the area. They offered us our rooms with flashlights and warm showers. Fortunately, the electricity came on during the night, so we got to experience the Tendrum Lodge during normal operations as well. The staff was so very reassuring during the outage and when the electricity came on. We will definitely be back.”

“Absolutely exceeded expectations! Even though this is technically a 4-star hotel, it more than deserves 5 stars in my book. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - special shoutout to Kerry for going above and beyond! The breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety and some excellent vegan options (which can be hard to find). The wellness facilities were top-notch too - the swimming pool, sauna, and steam room made for a relaxing and refreshing...
