“This hotel is an excellent point to visit the national park and Loch Lomond. In front of the hotel there is a narrow road tha lead to a splendid view of the loch, and nearby there are place where to eat , a supermarket and atm. We have been very happy with the hotel facilities, there is a gym and a awesome pool with also sauna and jacuzzi. very happy!”

“The curtain on a huge window next to the bed was missing, which meant I had an awful sleep. I let the hotel know in the morning via WhatsApp (how they have previously communicated with me) and they didn't bother to answer. My room (102) backed onto a back street which was noisy at night and in the early morning. “Staff was the BEST part of our stay! Attentive & went above & beyond. We had an early flight and they still accommodated breakfast to go for us. Rooms were clean & bed was comfortable. Parking however can be limited and you may have to park on the street. However you can pull up to the main entrance to drop your luggage with the staff so you do not have to make the (very) short walk if you have to street park. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”
