“Place was clean, staff helped me with a room on ground floor as I requested, parked next to the room.”

“It is newly renovated, very comfortable. Liz was very helpful and kind. The room was impeccably clean and had several room amenities that I don't see at many other places. It was close to the airport. A great restaurant right next door. We would definitely book again”

“Hotel di fascia media in cui non manca nulla di quanto effettivamente serva, buon letto, discreta biancheria, pulito, con caffettiera a capsule (omaggio), microonde e frigo (non minibar). La zona non è tra le migliori di Jupiter, ma è di facile accessibilità e fornita di fast food, ristoranti, supermercato e altri negozi. La colazione a buffet non offre scelte ampie, ma è completa per tutti i gusti.”

“If you are looking to be close to the beach this is the perfect location. This hotel was so nice and quiet. There was plenty of parking and the breakfast is always a plus. The coffee was available all day which was also great. No complaints about this hotel. Most definitely will be staying here again.”

“Asked for 30 minutes to complete a meeting after checkout which was met with a hard no as they need the room. I sat in the parking lot for over a hour while the room remained empty. No customer service.”

“Hotel nuovissimo, camera comoda e spaziosa, con microonde, frigo, tv enorme, wifi veloce, bagno ampio e buoni prodotti di cortesia. Personale molto gentile, nel prezzo è compresa anche la colazione (discreta) ed il parcheggio, fronte hotel. Purtroppo ho trovato cibo maleodorante nel frigo, e per tutta la notte, anche da spento, il condizionatore ha emesso rumori fastidiosi, un vero peccato perche la struttura merita, ed è anche in una posizione furba, vicino ad alcuni ristoranti e supermarket.”

“Understanding you get what you pay. First. NO TOWELS. They cleaned our room everyday but no big towels because the hotel had none. We asked for towels at night also and the next morning and still no big towels so we had to dry with mid size towels imagine men drying with this. Second, we had to shower with the shower head towards the shower wall because the water would leak out somehow and it would be a pool of water on the bathroom floor. Also roach in the bathroom. Third: the bugs...

“When we go to our room (5th floor). There was a huge cockroach in our room. We went to reception and wanted to change our room but hotel was full. They gave us complimentary breakfast for our stay which is nice. And they said they will change the sheets. But the housekeeper gave us sheets and left the room without changing it. And there were no new pillow cases also. Other day they changed our room and upgraded it. Except housekeeping part, they were helpful.”

“I loved my stay at the Marriott. The staff was very professional and helpful. A beautiful location and very comfortable. My only issue was the loud doors slamming when closing. I will be using this hotel again in the future”
