“Hotel nuovissimo, camera comoda e spaziosa, con microonde, frigo, tv enorme, wifi veloce, bagno ampio e buoni prodotti di cortesia.
Personale molto gentile, nel prezzo è compresa anche la colazione (discreta) ed il parcheggio, fronte hotel.
Purtroppo ho trovato cibo maleodorante nel frigo, e per tutta la notte, anche da spento, il condizionatore ha emesso rumori fastidiosi, un vero peccato perche la struttura merita, ed è anche in una posizione furba, vicino ad alcuni ristoranti e supermarket.”

“I made a reservation to stay for several days last February. I then wanted to change my room to one with a couch and cancel the first room. Expedia canceled the first room, gave me the new room which I used and then refused to refund my $1941. When Expedia called the hotel and spoke to the assistant manager and explained the situation she refused to refund the money.”

“Room was not clean. There was hair everywhere, especially in the bathrooms. Service by the beach was slow and took a long time for chairs / umbrella to even be acquired. Walls were so thin I could hear room neighbors doing the bare minimum of talking. Valet service was nice at arrival but ignored opening doors / closing doors after the initial arrival. Drinks were disgustingly when ordered and poolside waiter was very inattentive when bringing this up. Wanted to visit spa but did not want to...

“We enjoyed a wonderful 3 night stay in a lovely completely renovated queen room. Pleasantly surprised with the full kitchen set. Great location. Wonderful beach to swim and collect shells. The pool was clean, good size and refreshing. All amenities are in place so worry free mini vacation. WiFi, large TV, dishwasher, stove, full refrigerator, beach chairs and towels. Assigned parking included. No “resort” fees or other surprises. Exceptional in every way. Thank you Marsha!”

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The pool area was relaxing and perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine.
