“Parking was very easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wawa, Sheetz and gas station are right across the street. Air conditioner worked very well. Bed was comfortable, and it was helpful to have a good refrigerator right in the room. ”

“This was the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. No room housekeeping. 1 day out of 7. Had to go down to get clean towels because no one ever brought them to me. Breakfast was so-so. Not the normal at other Hampton Inns. I DID NOT GET HILTON POINTS FOR THIS STAY FROM HILTON. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND I WOULD SUGGEST ANYONE INTERESTED GO TO THE HILTON GARDEN INN NEXT DOOR!”

“Rooms were clean but clearly dated. Breakfast was waffles only so I don’t think the hotel should claim breakfast. Staff was great. Microwave didn’t work in room but used the one in the lobby without issue. Didn’t use pool so no idea on that. Read reviews about smoke smell but did not experience that. Also no issue with water pressure. It wasn’t the greatest but no issue showering. You get what you pay for. Area was excellent.”

“The hotel is ok for the price. The room was ok but the person next door was smoking in their room doorway, which caused our room to smell a little smoky. The room didn't have a blow dryer for my wife and they don't include them in the amenities list. This is important to note for my wife.”

“This is my go to stay when travelling to Henrico, its safe and comfortable, the staff is incredible from front desk(every shift) to maintenence and the property staff to housekeeping...they've made a few updates, wich is nice and also now have coffee 25/7 , wich i really appreciate..I prefer the 1st floor , but arriving late wasnt able to get 1st floor but woundup being surprisingly happy with my room...I feel at home here and that type of comfort and safety is irreplaceable”
