“The lady who manages the breakfast is also the shuttle driver. She is very pleasant and takes good care of people at breakfast.”

“The only good thing was the mexican restaurant next door. The bed had cigarette burns all over it also stains. No soap at the sink. The cleaning crew came in everyday but only to put the towel on the floor on the edge of the tub no trash taken out no clean sheets. The changed the sheets on the last night and they also had stains and cigarette burns”

“The room was clean and towels nice but there as no soap, shampoo or even a plastic drinking cup. We were quite unpleasantly surprised by that. ”

“We arrived at 7:30 pm to a packed full, loud, active lobby. The check in staff person was all business, no friendliness. We had a suite but the room did not have linens for the sofa bed. When I called the front desk about linens, I was told they could be picked up at the front desk. They definitely were not trying to win my repeat business. ”

“Room was terrible! The furniture has cigarette burns and the cabinets had missing hardware. Smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling, there was also an outlet hanging out of the wall. Hairdryer had melted. The refrigerator had leaked and ruined my leftovers. And the last straw was when I was going to shower and it had grime all over it. I was going to try and at least stay one night. But the thought of them not properly cleaning the room worried I would be sleeping with bed bugs”

There was only this one lady(staff she was knitting )that spoke to everyone except for me and my family, and my child dropped the piece of paper, not noticing, but the lady picked it up so aggressively as if she was aggravated with us being down there eating breakfast”

“Experience at check-in was excellent. Front desk greeter answered all my questions immediately and accurately. Room was clean and ready. My only issue was the A/C temperature fluctuations. Airport shuttle was punctual on-the-dot. Will definitely stay again in the future.”

“There was a close to property sell out that should have been noted when I made a reservation as the property was overrun with children and soccer parents. This was impossible. The lobby was overcrowded and the hallways so loud with kids running and doors slamming shut. I had to make another reservation elsewhere and just lose my money. I did not appreciate the conditions. ”

“My stay was disappointing. I had to wait until 4 PM to check in because my room wasn’t cleaned. The hotel seems to cater mostly to blue-collar workers, with many work trucks in the parking lot. One major issue is that rooms are only cleaned once a week, which was not disclosed when booking. This should be clearly stated so guests know ahead of time. The internet is very poor, especially if you need it for work, and the front desk said there was nothing they could do. Overall, the hotel did not...
