“The only good thing was the mexican restaurant next door. The bed had cigarette burns all over it also stains. No soap at the sink. The cleaning crew came in everyday but only to put the towel on the floor on the edge of the tub no trash taken out no clean sheets. The changed the sheets on the last night and they also had stains and cigarette burns”

“The room was clean and towels nice but there as no soap, shampoo or even a plastic drinking cup. We were quite unpleasantly surprised by that. ”

“The lady who manages the breakfast is also the shuttle driver. She is very pleasant and takes good care of people at breakfast.”

“They rented my room to someone else due to late check-in after room was paid for. ”

“Staff went out of the way to be kind and help. Property was clean and well kept up. Highly recommend!”

“There was a close to property sell out that should have been noted when I made a reservation as the property was overrun with children and soccer parents. This was impossible. The lobby was overcrowded and the hallways so loud with kids running and doors slamming shut. I had to make another reservation elsewhere and just lose my money. I did not appreciate the conditions. ”

“We arrived at 7:30 pm to a packed full, loud, active lobby. The check in staff person was all business, no friendliness. We had a suite but the room did not have linens for the sofa bed. When I called the front desk about linens, I was told they could be picked up at the front desk. They definitely were not trying to win my repeat business. ”

“It said there was a hot tub, but I could not find one. I booked this specifically for the hot tub. But the hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable”

“Experience at check-in was excellent. Front desk greeter answered all my questions immediately and accurately. Room was clean and ready. My only issue was the A/C temperature fluctuations. Airport shuttle was punctual on-the-dot. Will definitely stay again in the future.”

“I spent hundreds of dollars for one night, and there was no notice until after I arrived of the entire hotel being under construction. I had an event the next morning, and this should have been an easy stay. I was looking for a nice hotel with a pool and complimentary breakfast. The shower had no pressure, it was almost impossible to take a shower. You were given a steam of water to bathe with. The elevators hardly worked.
