“I had a really bad experience. I booked a room and I wasn't aware that the elevator was not working. I discovered that once I arrived there and it was already paid. The hotel put me on the fifth floor. Once I arrived there, there were bed bugs and a leaky air condition. I went to complain the response I got was "well you get what you paid for." “Clean, comfortable, convenient and safe. Great customer service and hospitality. Well suited and situated for easy access to airport. But not many offsite amenities, shops, restaurants, etc. nearby; but many within five minute drive.”

“Like staying there but their business room was pretty broken. Wanted to use computer to run off a couple of things and it wouldn't start up. Had girl from the front desk to look at it. She got it started but said they had a power outage recently. Tried to use printer and didn't work at all. These items were important to us. We managed but made life more difficult.”

“Came out for the hotel breakfast….. room was empty. Went to front desk to inquire and they handed me an oatmeal pie and said this was their breakfast.”

“The room was ok, but the air conditioner kept me awake. It kept making noise when it would come on. The next morning my husband was taking a shower and there was red hair (a lot) on the shower wall.”

“The front desk employees were a tremendous help. Great customer service there. However, the grounds were very poorly kept. There were sticky spots all over the food stained floors in the dining area. The room smelled of old, used cleaning water. The towels and bedding matched the same terrible smell. The mattress was very old and had little to no support. Do not recommend at all.”

“Traditional hotel room. It was easy to find, clean and the staff was pleasant. Decent continental breakfast. It worked out well after a late night flight and an early morning departure the next day. I’d stay there again.”
