“The property, parking & rooms are beautiful. However…my daughter and I both had the worst sleep of our life here. It was so extremely uncomfortable (bed & pillows) we were up for 2 nights. Also, we got scammed upon checkin. Our reservation was cancelled and we were never called about the card we used on file. The staff member said “oh we cancelled alot of reservations this morning. But don’t worry we’ll just rebook it for you. Someone should’ve called you”. No one called, the price was double...

“Horrible experience, holes in sheets, horrible smell in room, asked for change of room and was told they were fully booked, even though they had an empty parking lot at 2am. Was given an empty can of febreeze for the smell. ”

“Plenty of shops nearby, beautiful location, room was very comfortable, clean and cool. Only issue i had was coffee maker did not work and the breakfast did not come with the room without an additional charge. Other than that was a great stay.”

“There was no toilet paper or soap in the room and limited staff on duty so it was difficult to get more.”

“Staff was great at check in and check out. The bed was comfortable but the shower had some mold and the shower amenity pumps were empty. It was definitely a $100 room. ”
