“Everything about this place is FANTASTIC - the location, the staff, the rooms, etc. I wish that all the places I've stayed in as I've traveled around England were as nice as this place! Definitely worth a stay if you're going to Gloucester.”

“Almost everything about this stay was excellent. I would say that some of the interior is in need of maintenance (sagging floors) and one bathroom was tight spacing. The parking was not available but we were able to get parking nearby.”

“L'appartamento si presenta di buona metratura. I letti non sono comodi...i materassi sono a molle e si sentono quando si è sdraiati. La foto nella scheda dell'appartamento trae in inganno, perché non è l'appartamento sopra le scale, ma è quello nel seminterrato (nella foto, si vede la porta in basso a sinistra). Le scale e l'ingresso erano piene di ragnatele e sporche. All'interno sia la cucina sia il tavolo bar (l'unico dove poter mangiare) non erano ben puliti e abbiamo dovuto pulirli. Il...

“Even though it is a pub it was quiet so you could sleep easy”

“Under new group and nothing like when it was a Best Western. The Spa pool was still out of order. We were there in October and it was broken. There was not the warm and friendly feel we’ve received for the last six years. It was very false. I’m not worried about fresh linen in my room, totally agree with only on request, but a clean cup and glass and tea etc being replenished would have been very welcomed. Not the same hotel and won’t be returning.”
