“Great, centrally-located property. The appartment was modern, clean &spacious. The staff were friendly & helpful. I had a room above the pedestrianised area which meant there was a bit of noise from people leaving the pubs but it soon died down. I'd stay again.”

“The apartment we stayed in was perfect for our stay as a basis to explore Gloucester and the northern Cotswolds. The docks with a choice of restaurants is in walking distance, parking for the car at the back with easy access. Beds were super comfy. Everything was clean. Perfect. We will be back! ”

“L’hotel è un antico edificio di epoca Tudor. Si trova in pieno centro, a pochi passi dalla cattedrale. Non ha parcheggio che però si trova a pochi passi. È una delle più antiche strutture d’Inghilterra quindi è consigliato a chi ama lo stile d’epoca e meno a chi vuole il contemporaneo, sebbene i bagni siano appena stati rifatti e siano quindi contemporaneissimi. Per chi ama le atmosfere vecchia Inghilterra è perfetto. Il pub interno ha ottime birre”

“il locale è suggestivo, ben tenuto, peccato che la cucina sia di scarsa qualità, il cibo o completamente insipido o troppo salato. Il cibo della colazione era troppo cotto e sempre scarso in qualita'. Attenzione: al contrario degli altri hotel in Inghilterra dove sono stata, bisogna pagare all'arrivo e non alla partenza(ci ha causato qualche disagio). Gentile il personale”

“The check in process is a joke. I was supposed to get a text with a lock box code that didn’t arrive. It took ages for someone to answer a call and when they did they sent me the wrong code. Recommend using email instead of text as travellers like me are using esims because of high roaming data charges. The day after I checked in the same thing happened to another guest. Just terrible”
