“House had everything we could possibly need or want to have a wonderful weekend. The screened porch was great for relaxing, kayaks were fun, nice little dock for fishing or stargazing. We even went for a swim! Perfectly clean and in good condition, and was near enough to go to Metropolis and Paducah for entertainment. There's a dollar store in Brookport for all of the items one inevitably forgets to pack. XD”

“Very cute renovated building. Just a couple steps away from the Merchentile...which has cute gifts, excellent ice cream and a very nice lady that manages it. Couple steps away to the covered landing over looking the Ohio river. Couple steps from a resturant. The tiny home had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Lemonade Paradise is just that. It is a break away from worries and responsibilities. The Lake House had everything from fire pit to hot tubs to kayaks and bags. We celebrated a graduation with close family and friends and it was fabulous. Slept 6 super comfortably and we could’ve slept more. Really enjoyed working with Lance. “The layout was nice and easy flow from every room. The rooms were all nice sizes and beds were great. Having a gas grill was a big plus. Rented a golf cart from Cunninghams and loved being able to drive it around to the shops and restaurants.”

“Minutes from Garden of the Gods and River to River Trail. Temps too hot so we tried to be on trail by 7:30. On dead end road but noisy compared where we live (not bad). Great wildflowers and birds. Loved having a full kitchen. My husband in hot every day.”

When we were booking this property the title of the listing was "Unity House South," the description did not mention "unit," and it popped up when we filtered our search by "house." I had to call a day before to confirm check in instructions as we have not received them 24 hours in advance as expected. A lovely lady figured it out for us and we got the check in info. She also said she was the one that cleans the property. When we arrived we expexted to stay...
