Thank you for your review, what we believe has happened is that the fridge was turned up too high therefore it over heats and does not work properly, this happens when people put a lot of warm things in the fridges at once and do not give it enough time to cool down. The noisy guests were spoken to the very next day, if this ever happens again please do not hesitate to call us so we can go and see them there and then. We hope yo see you back again soon

thank you for a great review. Our 3km away from the Gold Coast Airport definitely makes it that you can watch and hear the planes, landing and taking off which is quite entertaining.

Good Morning Thank you for your review even though disappointing. We did not know the ages of the children and you did not ask for a 5th bed, our configurations are 1 queen bed and 2 singles which sleeps 4, if a request is put in for a rolloway then one is put in the apartment prior to your arrival. Had you contacted us on your arrival into the apartment we coud easily have taken the rolloway up to you, yes we did provide sheets only because you said your son was happy on the couch. In regards,to rubbish removal this is standard practice as well as turning on the dishwasher before you leave, if you found your key did not work it was becasue you tried to access the wrong stairwell and therefore wrong garage door.
