When you pay hundreds of dollars per night, and are then told to do you own washing up, take out your rubbish (to bins under the building that your key won't access) and do not have as many beds as you paid for you get quite disappointed. Our son had to sleep on the couch, we booked as a 3 children, 2 adult room. Apparently it is buyer beware that there were not enough beds. However I don't understand, who they wouldn't have to at the very least say, would you like an extra bed for the extra person you have PAID for. I went and spoke to reception, the gentleman was polite and said I can send up some sheets and a pillow case for the lounge. I said great thank you, that's better than nothing. Then I get an email 30min later saying I was charged $45.45 extra for those sheets and pillow case. I could have brought them for that. He also didn't say id be charged and made it sound like they were helping me.
I will bet they charge the people who own the unit a cleaning fee too, when essentially we had to clean it before we left.
