“Everything was okay except our blow dryer didn’t work and what sense does it make to open the pool at 10am if checkout if it 11am. That is totally ridiculous and unfair. You should consider all sides and possibly move the swim time up to 8am or 9am.”

“Was a nice place to stay. The property was set away from the major traffic on a service road, which was a plus for privacy and noise. The front desk was attentive to requests for an extra coffee packet and sugar. Room was clean, bed was clean, shower and facilities were clean. (I have a blood, urine light that exposes unclean surfaces)- a good thing to have when staying at a hotel. If I ever have to stay in Shreveport, LA. again, this will be one I will consider. Waited over 2 hours to check out. I was told I would still be charged the 3rd day from my reservation even though I checked out a day...

“They should let you know if the pool is closed for the whole season. I was looking forward to laying out by the pool, but its closed. Also, we got a room with the big jetted tub. No stopper for the tub. Other than that it was a nice stay. The staff was super nice and helpful.”
