Hotel vicino a Swan Lake - Bossier City

“Sitting on the front porch and relaxing was a real treat. The breakfast was delicious. The host said it would be better if Expedia provided him with contact information for the guests, so I am passing that along.”

“Everything was okay except our blow dryer didn’t work and what sense does it make to open the pool at 10am if checkout if it 11am. That is totally ridiculous and unfair. You should consider all sides and possibly move the swim time up to 8am or 9am.”

Each time I left out the room to go outside the building, I had to walk around the building. The keys did not work for the entire weekend!!!! “Our stay at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Bossier City was just right. The room was clean, bathroom was clean, the building smelled clean. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Great job. Thank you.”

“Charming hotel, however the room we were in was extremely old and it had stated the rooms have been updated. You can hear almost everything in the lobby and people walking up the stairs if you are on the second floor.”

“The bathtub was rusted, room was dusty, parking garage elevator was broken and apparently has been for a long time so you have to walk down the stairs if you need to park on the upper levels. Parts of the hotel did not have ventilation so there was no a/c blowing in the middle of summer .”

My only takeaway of the room is the ac and heat thermostat on the wall didn't work, had to control the ac from the unit itself. “We have stayed at this property many times over the last several years, this was not the best experience we have had. While the front staff was friendly and kind, there were several issues. First we woke up with no hot water and needed to be moved. The new room we were moved too was poorly renovated. There was paint on the floor in the bathroom, the kitchen table was wobbly, the bedroom doors could not be shut all the way or you would get stuck in them as they were so tight, the TV in the second...
