“The good....The room was really clean, the decor was beautiful and the bed was so so comfortable. There was a lot of pillows, the AC worked great, and there were plugs on the bedside walls, next to the side tables to charge phones etc. It was downtown , and the staff was kind. The ok...The bathroom was mostly clean, but dirt was built up in the corners of the bathroom floors, the paint was chipped along the floor boards, the jetted tub showed signs of corrosion. “While the room itself was nice, I was disappointed by the lack of information about the area and how to get around. It would have been helpful to have a welcome guide or itinerary in the room with details about local attractions, transportation options, restaurants, and other useful information for guests. Having those resources readily available would have made the stay much more enjoyable and convenient.”

“clean room but microwave was rusty and corroded inside. Told front desk that it was no need to replace it because I wasnt going to use it anyway. The refrigerator was clean. Bathroom sink and tub had some a few leftover hairs in them. Room smelled a little smoky but I sprayed lysol in air conditioner and on the curtains to refresh the air and room. Staff nice and courteous. aHad some troubles with the remote which according to the front desk was the wrong one. This particular stay was average...

I was on the highest floor although I requested a lower level and the room seemed a bit different than the lower floors. There was a bit of an odor similar to a nursing home (no offense intended). “This was the worst Hilton experience I’ve ever encountered. My family and I were traveling overnight, prior to booking this hotel I called to let them know what time I would be arriving and to see if I would be able to check in early. I was told yes, so I continued my booking. Just to arrive at 5 am and be told the room was given away and they no longer had any rooms available for me to get into, until 11am. Fortunately, another hotel was accommodating and allowed me to pay to stay there from...
