“Clean room, convenient location & good breakfast ”

“It was OK…no problems”

“I checked into the hotel on Friday, April 10, 2026, as I was in town for an athletic competition in the area on April 11. Upon entering the room, there was an immediate and strong musty odor. Within less than 30 minutes of being in the room, my daughter had a roach crawl across her foot. We killed it and flushed it, but were understandably very disturbed. I went to the front desk shortly after (approximately 5:00–5:30 PM) to ask whether another room was available. Before I could fully explain...

“Very clean spacious rooms with terrific water pressure in the shower. On- sight restaurants were very good. Limited slot options but location was convenient to other casinos as well. ”

“Beautiful hotel but rooms are dated. (Carpet, dated showers) Water in the shower never got warm which was disappointing. A lot of food options and good parking. ”

“If I could give a negative I would. The fire alarm went off 3 nights straight for an hour at 1 am and the staff did nothing . The front desk guy was no where to be found for hours and half the staff are friends just joking around . We came here for a wrestling national tournament and when we went to cancel our remaining 3rd night the manager said she need to call the VP of the property to confirm if she could even cancel our room which is absurd and ridiculous. This place needs to be shut down...

“We always have an amazing time when we stay here the staff make you feel right at home and the rooms are awesome! ”

“Clean rooms. Staff was inviting. Great spot to stay when traveling with family of 5 plus. They are doing renovations so no gym or pool access and parking lot space is limited with construction equipment but overall very satisfied with the stay.”

“Room lights and bathroom lights wasn’t working properly. Took 2 days to partially fixed the issue because it returned the next day. ”

“Floors, drapes , toilets are not cleaned”

“Room was clean. Employee was overwhelmed when checking is in as she was the only worker. The hallways smelled really good. ”

“Needs some updating, but it was good for the one night we stayed. The breakfast was great, and the staff are wonderful. Our breakfast was delicious, and we had a great time. ”
