“MOLD and DIRTY BEDDING. The rooms they tried to make us stay in had mold in the bathroom and dirty bedding. We had to leave within 30 minutes of checking in because of the dirty and unsafe conditions of the room. I have stayed in some gross hotels but never had to do this. Despite the front desk associate understanding and acknowledging, the manager later refused to give us a refund even though we did not stay due to the dirty and unsafe conditions. “Parking was easy and area clean and brightly lit. Service counter was great and cheerful. Checkin was quick and efficient and even booked us for our return trip quickly. She had information for us in direction and food choices. Room was nicely appointed but tv channel choices were odd. Bed was amazing and so was the rest we got for the completion of our trip.
