“Air conditioning didn’t work nor did the tv for the first few days but everything is clean and they eventually fixed our stuff”

“Too many fees. Made the final bill very high. Breakfast buffet was quite good.”

“The hotel has a lot of amenities, but the prices are extremely inflated for amenities such as valet, cabana, beer, etc.”

“The big family slide was not working the flow rider the surfing was closed they said they would open it in 2 weeks. The hallways in the orchid building in the 3rd floor needed to be vacuumed and had many stains. Food by the pool was very pricey.”

“Clean and spacious room with a kitchenette. A very good value for families on a budget.”

“This is my worst lodging experience. After a long flight, when I finally reached the motel , there was on onsite staff at this particular motel. About a block down, there is another motel which is also managed by the same chain. The check-in staff was so terribly rude and hostile. I urge everyone to remain away from this property. Just my two cents.”

“The only good thing was that the parking was right outside my door. This hotel is more like a four-hour motel. I had to change rooms twice before they found one without stains on the floor, dirty sheets, working A/C, or a leaky fridge. The pictures on Expedia are very misleading, as well as the locations, as there are three locations all within a six to seven-block vicinity, and the hotel where I stayed has issues.”

“DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! VERY NASTY PLACE. Feels more like a homeless shelter. Empty pool, pee in corridors, filthy, nasty furniture; had young female to share a room with a big, grown man. Potentially very dangerous situation. The place was an absolute dump, could not stay here, not even one night--booked for 5 nights and didn't get a refund, not even for one night.”

“Struttura molto vecchia, la porta del bagno, gonfia di umidità, non si chiudeva. Lenzuola e asciugamani erano stati cambiati, ma c'era polvere in giro e oggetti lasciati da altri viaggiatori in bagno. Posizione comoda per chi viaggia”
