“quarto estava limpo, equipe de funcionarios bem simpaticos e atenciosos, cafe da manha estilo americano. As maquinas de lavar roupas do 3 andar estavam todas foras de funcionamento. Achei meio escuro a unidade que fiquei com 2 quartos virado para o shopping lateral do estacionamento,”

“Everything was beautiful. Except the view. There were so many people with kids, one shat in the pool. People were ordering food and drinks pool side in the lower pool and left food and drinks all over. I was stepping on limes and straws at the bottom. The ocean reeked of sulfer and covered in seaweed. Then I get the bill. Took 1000$ security deposit for in room charges. 70$ a day to use valet if you want to leave the hotel, 55$ for a leisure fee. Plus all the other fees. I wont see any of that...

“Debo aclarar primero que según expedia la habitación contratada era con vista a la piscina y con caja de seguridad y cocina, y ninguna de las tres cosas se dieron, la habitación era pequeña y con poco lugar, tenía microonda y heladera, estaba en un segundo piso por una escalera bastante incómoda para subir con el equipaje. A pesar de todo la estadía fue aceptable. La limpieza se hace una vez a la semana y teniendo que hacer el reclamo.”

“The staff greeted me promptly. It offers free parking and free breakfast and is near I-95. The lobby set-up is nice, but the carpet was badly stained throughout the 1st floor. I did not visit any other floor. The room was spacious. I did not have that rolled decorative pillow that you see on line, but I was only there to spend the night in a/c, as I waited for mine to get fixed. I attempted to use my laptop, but the WI-FI is POOR! It literally showed "WEAK" on the screen, and a pop-up showed it...

“I stayed at the property for four nights I paid for them online and every morning I had a problem with the property saying that I shouldn't be reserving my room online otherwise I will have to check out at 11:00 and come back at 4:00 for the room even though I had paid in advance at least a day on every reservation I didn't understand this”

“No help no answer only through text messages the neighborhood ful of trash containers rats and cockroaches I don’t understand how it is listed in Expedia we never had the chance to talk to anyone”

“DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! VERY NASTY PLACE. Feels more like a homeless shelter. Empty pool, pee in corridors, filthy, nasty furniture; had young female to share a room with a big, grown man. Potentially very dangerous situation. The place was an absolute dump, could not stay here, not even one night--booked for 5 nights and didn't get a refund, not even for one night.”
