I never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my car. My room was very clean upon arrival and the room refreshes were great too! The proximity to shopping was an added bonus! “This private apartment at the Hyde Beach house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Enjoyed all the amenities and the check in staff is so friendly! This was our third time staying at the Hyde and it did not disappointment. It was great for our family, like a mini vacation before our cruise.”

“This is my 3rd time staying here and each time I hope it will be different and it isn’t. The place is great, amenities are great, the room is spectacular but the elevators!!!!! You can be waiting for 30 minutes and then when you get in, you’re stopping at every single floor. The elevator situation is honestly horrible and so surprising as they have 4 elevators!! Such a shame. Also, the valet situation is awful. You’ll be waiting for your car forever!!!”
