“It’s a nice property, but I wouldn’t say it’s first class. It is very family friendly, but the room is what I would call Soso. There are no such thing as Terry cloth robes the restaurant bourbon steak really not a place you want to go to it’s mediocre steak to say the least place is a bit dirty. I think they’re having a little problem with language barriers not too many people spoke English properly, so that was a problem so be prepared I would practice your Spanish before you go long lines in...

“Here’s a polished quick review: We had a great recent stay at the Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood, Curio Collection by Hilton. The overall experience was excellent. The hotel staff was wonderful, the location was perfect, and the views were absolutely amazing. We also really enjoyed the amenities, which made the stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The only constructive feedback I would offer is that the room felt slightly dated being a Curio Collection Hotel, but it was very well maintained...

“Extremly inadequate! When we arrived there was no front desk to greet us for 5 minutes. The room didn't have enough washcloths & no face towels. The glass door nor the glass balcony was cleaned. Housekeeping came to clean our room after 5pm when we had returned... we asked for water & sent her away because we were tired. In addition to the bathroom wall needing to be cleaned. A towel covered the dirt spot. We didnt get any sleep every night because there was a loud buzzing noise that sounded...

“The overall experience was good. The elevator wait is an issue. Otherwise it was clean. The apartment was spacious, sub zero frig and a nice view from the balcony. ”

“The rooms smelled like mold and the staff gave me a hard time when I told them the room had issues. We tried another room and it smelled like mold also and tou can hear every car that goes by on the highway that is next to the hotel. I left the hotel and went to a Hilton which was much better. I will never use Expedia again because the hotel had a high rating. ”

“The room was small, but clean and cozy. The staff were helpful and nice. But don't expect a 5-star room or anything. It's in the slightly crazier part of town, but not dangerous. It's also quiet at night and very conveniently located to great food and shopping areas. Right down the street from the beach. If you're just looking for a place to sleep for the night for a good price, or to be close to the beach, this place will definitely fulfil your needs.”
