“This is a sad situation of great venue with terrible managment and understaff rude service and all the bad things you can think of. While the place is good if you are willing to wait 3 hours for to room to be ready after 25 min in line and 30 min wait for your car and 25 min for a towel, go ahead and book it, if you have other option scrool over We were extremely disappointed. They must replace their management ”

“The room was clean. Unfortunately, we had no hot water for showering one day. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The televisions are outdated. We felt very comfortable.”

“False advertisement this place is infested with bugs I was bitten on my face in the lobby. The outside of the property is not what I was expecting in the most negative way.”

“Nice resort. Very crowded. Room not ready on time. Staff took almost an hour to deliver luggage to room. Valet park and bell stand seemed always crowded with a substantial wait.”

“Cute little spot, 5 of us stayed here comfortably.”

“The room smelled horrible, with strong smell of mold and cigarettes even though we were given a non smoking room. The bathroom was filthy, with hair all over and mold all around the corners of the shower. The valet staff took over 1 hour to get our car and people who arrived after us got their car before us. Would not recommend and will definitely not be coming back. ”

“Most unprofessional place possible. Would highly recommend going anywhere else. They don’t even have a phone for the front desk. Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. Can’t believe I ever wasted a dollar on this place. Whoever runs this establishment needs replaced. ”

“It was clean but need more attention to detail, definitely replace the table next to the bed and please keep in mind not everyone tolerate those aromatic things plugged to the outlet. Air Wick I can still taste it. The shower was leaking seems the faucets do not close properly. The night I arrived the neighbors (building right next to my wall) there were having a our party… ”
