Also bath robes slippers and toiletries including shower cap sewing kit shampoo shower gel and conditioner. Breakfast was good. Great value for money. Owner is very friendly and provides a warm welcome. Would recommend.”

“When we arrived at panorama we couldnt believe how lovely the place was. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were a pretty decent size and the hotel manager was always available to recommend excursions/restaurants. The location was also incredibly convenient- we were right next to a bus stop which took us to Heraklion city/airport and there are plenty of car rental places within arms reach if you want to go on longer excursions. “The receptionists were kind and helpful. We didn't like that the room keepers didn't clean at all bathroom for 4 days, we just received the shampoo and shower gel only if asked. The hotel in general is fine, good breakfast, good position and quite, with a nice view and 2 minutes walking from the noisy area with clubs and restaurants. ”
