Hotel a Goshen

“Wonderful home on beautiful grounds. Wonderful cazebo overlooking a creek boardering the rear of the property. Sandra met us shortly after we arrived inviting us in like family with a tour of the house and our room. Breakfast was marvelous with all you could want. ”

“The hotel was very attractive the rooms very nice spacious and clean. bathroom was clean. Sometimes hotels really turn me off with a lot of hair on the floor and in the shower,however could not find fault with my stay. Breakfast was adequate.”

“Upon arrival, we noted that the parking lot was empty. We walked into the office and it had a stale, sour smell. Being cautious, we asked to view the room before checking in. The clerk handed us a key card. We went to the room and tried to open the door. No luck. We peered through the window. The room looked dingy and dirty. The bed was poorly made. We returned the card to the clerk. Did not check in, drove another hour to the next town. I will never stay at this motel.”

“There were bugs in the room. Asked manager to see if they can change it but according to manager they were sold out for that night. It was late so ended up staying there but no other action taken by manager or basic apology.”

“Nice, clean hotel. Our room had some damage to the wallpaper. Breakfast was decent but lacking biscuits and gravy. No sugar free syrup for diabetics. Check out was easy.”

“Terrible check in experience. Front desk staff was confused and overwhelmed by reservation issues with other guests. Check in is at 3pm but room was still not ready at 4pm. Room seems to be missing furniture. Trash in stairwell. In my opinion, property is not well managed and whomever is managing the property is missing the details that would elevate a customer's experience.”

“The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The pictures representing the hotel however, were misleading. They made the rooms, lobby, pool, and breakfast area appear considerably larger than they were. For a bargain price, I would have been satisfied, however, for the exorbitant price we paid, I expected more.”
