“The staff were very nice and courteous. I seen one gentleman work from sunup to sundown with a smile on his face still. My room was clean and very fresh. It was great to get warm through the storm with you guys ”

“Room and hotel were clean. Room was a little smaller than I was expecting but was nice! Mattress was stiff so some like that and some don’t. Room seemed really warm and we had it on 60 and wouldn’t cool off. Had to open door to balcony. Kitchenette is nice if you are staying longer. It is in a really nice little area with plenty of food and beverage choices within walking distance. I would definitely stay again. ”

“No complaints. The property met our needs. The hotel is adjacent to Green Hills Mall. Plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. Parking is free, which is unusual in Nashville. These are the primary reasons we chose it. The facilities were clean and staff was very accommodating. For example, we brought dessert back from our dinner. They provided plates and utensils for us to eat it. We did not eat breakfast; so, I cannot comment on that. The only negative I can...

The hotel became fully booked quickly. The dedicated staff did an excellent job accommodating guests’ needs in a professional manner. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. First class!”
