“Great value for money! Nice size room which was very clean and comfortable. I was able to check in earlier which was a bonus after being on the road for a number of hours. The room had all that I needed plus a microwave. The shower was over a very deep spa bath which needs a grab rail for safety. The beds are very low and the mattress is hard. A thick mattress topper would be nice. There is a pub close by which has a reasonable meal selection at good pub prices. I would stay here again.”

“The central location cation near the Bendigo Art gallery and shopping centre and park is great. I love the ambience of the rooms with their heritage feel and fireplace. The adjacent courtyard with cumquat trees is ann andded bonus and the rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s also great to have the adjacent Wine Bank restaurant and bar for a great meal or tapas and a drink. The room rate is extraordinary value for what is provided. I love coming here.”

“The escape villa is beautifully designed, with plenty of natural light and stunning tree views. The fireplace is a true centerpiece—gorgeous to look at from anywhere in the villa, while also providing excellent warmth and comfort. The open-plan jacuzzi is another highlight, perfectly positioned to take in the views. Both the couch and the bedding are very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. A couple of small areas could be improved: the TV reception wasn’t great, and some of the bathroom...

“The staff turned the heater on because we were a late arrival. One of the nicest gestures I remember from all the motels I have stayed in. Very comfortable, even cosy. ”

“Didn't have any wine glasses for the girl so she bought 6 for $ 4 at the shop next to Vinnies, just thought that wine glasses would be a standard in every room ?”

“Service was great. They catered so welcomeing to a few requests. Beds were nice however we are used to different mattresses. ”
