Lodge a Gran Bretagna

“Broken windows- it was up the whole time, the room faces the main road with heavy traffic, therefore sleep was impossible. Communication was poor, inadequate instructions to get into the bldg. I was only given the code to the room, not the bldg. Manager emailed me a photo copy of the emailed instructions after I asked her. I asked her multiple times to forward me the original email since I didn’t receive it, she was unable to provide. The odd request was she asked me to email my concerns to her...

“Posto super accogliente, nel rilassante contesto di un campo da golf. Il personale molto cortese ed accogliente. Unica pecca la colazione, costituita da una pastarina, un succo ed una banana, da consumare in stanza, senza un posto per appoggiarsi. (sarebbe bastato un tavolinetto fuori dove il posto c' è). Comunque era chiarito nel sito.”

“Stay clear! Don’t know when the photos were taken but it’s not like that now! We arrived at house and knocked door to get access to lodge… no answer! Just a faded note we couldn’t read and guttering falling around front door. Anyway thought we would go to lodge to see if we could find anyone only to find mouldy doors, cracked dirty render, rusty cars in parking area and piles of junk outside every door to lodges! Hence we left and booked a holiday inn which was good! I’ve asked for a refund...
