Struttura molto comoda per la vicinanza ai luoghi di interesse, yumbo in particolare. Pulizia buona, camere confortevoli, staff cordiale. Purtroppo le camere non vengono pulite la domenica e di conseguenza manca il cambio degli asciugamani. Manca asciugacapelli e bagno schiuma/shampoo.

La struttura complessivamente in buono stato, tenete presente che la domenica non si effettua il servizio in camera, quindi niente pulizia nè cambio asciugamani. La notte si sente tutto il traffico !!

Ottima struttura, pulita, ben curata e con personale sempre disponibile. Vicinissima al centro commerciale Jumbo e con 10 minuti a piedi si possono raggiungere tranquillamente sia la spiaggia che il centro di Maspalomas ricco di locali e bar

Aparthotel bello, pulito, si mangia bene e il personale è gentile e disponibile. Un grazie alle signore che ci servivano nella sala pranzo, sempre gentili e con il sorriso.Ottima la possibilità di avere l'angolo cucina, noi abbiamo optato per la mezza pensione. Un grazie ancora a tutti e faremo una buona pubblicità.

Ho soggiornato la terza settimana di maggio, zona comoda per visitare a piedi il sud dell'isola, camere con il necessario per il pernottamento e, se si vuole, per cucinare qualcosa, unica pecca il bagno, senza finestra e ventilazione. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo

Per chi cerca divertimento la struttura a a pochi passi dal famoso Centro commerciale Yumbo con negozi, ristoranti e bar per tutti i gusti. Le spiagge sono raggiungibili a piedi o con comodi ed economici bus o taxi. Unica pecca le pulizie delle camera molto affrettate poiche' la struttura e' molto grande con centinaia di alloggi.

bell'hotel con tutti i confort e in ottima posiz
Personale molto cordiale e disponibile, con possibilità di parlare anche in italiano. Le camere, dotate anche di una comodissima zona giorno con cucina sono moto spaziose, così come il balcone. In ottima zona per i divertimenti e locali per mangiare. La colazione è abbastanza varia. Carina anche la piscina aperta fino alle 21. Consigliato!!!!!!

Hotel in centro a 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia
Tutti i servizi a portata di mano. Fermata bus per tutte le località dell'isola a 100 metri. Affaccia sulla strada per cui la notte ci sono rumori di persone vociare e mezzi che transitano. Località ventosa. Personale accogliene. Pulizia accurata.

Fantastico aparthotel
Ho soggiornato in questo aparthotel per una settimana in una camera doppia con colazione e devo dire che è veramente stupendo. La colazione è a buffet e trovi veramente di tutto: partendo dalle uova ai cereali. Tutte le camere sono con vista piscina. All'interno della camera c'è un piccolo soggiorno, bagno e camera da letto.

L’hotel est très bien placé à côté du Yumbo center sans en subir les désagréments du bruit. Le logement est de taille correcte pour 2, un peu vieillot, et avec des traces d’usures. Literie correcte (même si nous regrettons la formule 2 lits simples). Ménage et vaisselle faits tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner est très bien mais le repas du soir est déprimant ! Quelques choix de plats sans grande diversité autour d’un espace vite saturé si 5 personnes essayent de s’y servir en même temps. Nous apprécions nous habiller un minimum pour le repas du soir…nous étions les seuls. L’hotel est principalement occupé par des personnes âgées qui squattent les transats dès le matin. L’ambiance est donc proche de celle d’un ehpad. Le bar exterieur est totalement inutilisé et celui de l’interieur est fermé.

A very central complex if you are hoping to frequent the Yumbo Centre during your stay, it is just next door. Local buses stop just a two minute walk, the complex is clean with a large pool and whirl pool. The poolside bar is pricey but the staff were friendly. Apartments themselves are quite small, but the kitchens were well equipped. Free wi-fi, clean, comfortable rooms, all have pool views. Enjoyable stay.

Have stayed here many times over many years. Staff are always super friendly, polite and professional. I have noticed however some small things over the years that are slipping like the cleaning standard of bathrooms, water pressure in shower, road noise increasing (heard in rooms) and so on. For. Budget hotel it cannot be beaten. But just expect some compromises.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schöne Poolanlage. Die Lage ist gut - gleich neben dem Shoppingcenter Yumbo und nicht weit vom Strand. Wir hatten das Pech, dass unser Zimmer direkt über dem Casino war und direkt an einer viel befahrenen Kreuzung. Daher war es bis lange in die Nacht sehr laut.
