Ski in/Ski Out 2bed/2bath Mountainside Escape

Our Ski in/Ski Out Condo is in the heart of Granby Ranch (300 Basecamp Circle). This 2 bedroom/2 Bathroom condo is 1,036 square feet with access to Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake, Winter Park and more. This completely furnished unit includes a large open kitchen, private balcony, master bedroom with king, 2nd bedroom with full bunk beds and twin trundle, Wi-Fi, family room fire place, flat screen TVs, in unit washer and dryer, linens, towels, extra blankets, pack n play, kitchen appliances, dishware and more.

Master Bedroom
Includes King Bed, 2 Nightstands, Flat Screen TV, master suite bathroom with soaking tub, shower, dual vanities, walk in closet and in bathroom TV.

Bedroom #2
Full Bunk Beds with Twin Trundle, large closet and shares a second large bathroom with dual vanities.

Kitchen
Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances – dishwasher & fridge, dishware, silverware, coffee maker and large dining table for entertainment.

Main Living Area
Pull out Couch, Flat screen TV, walk out to private balcony, fire place

Base Camp One Includes:
Below ground heated parking, elevators, personal ski locker, bike storage, hearth room, access to heated pool with hot tub, fire pit, grills and work out facility. Walk right out onto the mountain and ski lifts.

I don’t like to leave reviews on places I adore because I feel like I’m giving away my secret.This unit has everything you could need for an amazing ski holiday. HUMIDIFIERS, extra blankets, blankets, floor puzzles for the littles, etc. just don’t hesitate, book it. Just not when my family needs to go- LOL. PS: communication from the hosts is top notch. They truly care about your stay.

Great location at base of ski resort

Condo was not cleaned upon arrival. Owner was quick to respond and treated us right. After we spent several hours gathering supplies and cleaning the place things went well. It is nicely situated at base of ski resort, use of lockers for ski supplies was nice. The pool/hot tub next to condo is available for use but be prepared for sticker shock at 15 per person for a 1 day pass. Some of the kitchen supplies are pretty old and could use a refresh, pans for example wobble on stove top hard to use. Fireplace did not work. Rooms are big and beds were comfortable. Would stay at location again for the convenience and access to resort.

Granby Ski Trip

Wonderful condo unit. Excellent for our family of 5. Very speedy communication with the owners. This unit is by far one of our favorites at Basecamp due to it's location in the building, condo accommodations, kitchen supplies and locker access. Perfect in every way.

Perfect Site for Granby Ranch Wedding

The adjacency of Base One condos to the ski lodge made it so easy for us. Early check in was allowed by the host. All questions were quickly answered. The window A/C units in each bedroom were a bit loud but essential and appreciated during our stay, as temps were high. Terrific place to stay! The windiw A/C

Perfect Ski-in/Ski-out

Perfect stay! Great communication with the owner made for a seamless check-in. Very well-stocked kitchen. Very clean. Fantastic spot to get the whole family skiing. The ski-lockers and proximity to the lift made getting three kids on the slopes feel easy. We will be back!

Another Great Stay at this Property

This is the second time we have stayed here and it was just as enjoyable as the first. The property managers are kind and very attentive. The location is fantastic with easy access to the mountain. Hopefully we can make it a 3rd time next year.

Wonderful Family Ski Trip

This is our second year in a row bringing our family to Granby Ranch. While our first year was a great trip, this year was made even better by staying at this location. The ease of working with the owner was fantastic. They were very accommodating when we had some pre trip issues pop up. Thankfully we were able to go and can’t say enough good things. From the ski lockers to the proximity to the lifts, everything was just easy. We will definitely stay here again!

NYE ski trip

We have stayed in many rooms at Basecamp and really enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfy. If you have never stayed at Basecamp the convenience is everything. We hang around the firepit when not skiing and grill for lunch right out front. In the room we laid out the living room sofa for movie nights (could be extra sleeping for some) and played some of the stocked board games. Appreciate how well stocked the unit was. (Kitchen but also fans, dehumidifier, lots of extra blankets/pillows, not that I needed but also high chair and playpen). Thank you.

The Perfect Place

Such an ideal place to stay if you're a skier or even if you're a lodger! The condo had all the amenities needed and then some. Beautifully decorated and current motif to the area. You Won't Be Disappointed

Our family stayed here over Spring Break and loved everything about it. The location is fantastic and only a few steps from the base and ski lifts. The house was spotless and just as described in the listing. The owners were very kind and responsive. Hopefully we will be staying here again in the future.

So glad we picked this location

After staying in this condo, we were SO glad we picked it because we were able to ski in/out and store our skiis in the locker each day. It could not have been in a better location. The condo was clean and had most of what we needed to cook meals for our family. We were able to fit 3 adults, 3 teenagers and one 10 year old in the bedding provided. If we come back to granby, we will plan to stay in this same building.

Good ski in ski out

Nice unit and clean. Had some trouble with the lock but owner was very helpful. Some construction going on in front of building, so not the greatest view. But overall, was a fun trip.
